Janine has an eclectic resumé, from Founding Artistic Director of a non-profit arts organization, conductor and pianist, to dessert chef, plumber and quilter.  She and her therapist husband—good thing for her—built their own home out in the middle of nowhere in the California Sierra. She did the wood work, tile and plumbing, and passed the plumbing inspection the first time around—the endeavor of which she is the proudest. They live with their white-swiss shepherds, Apollo and Athena, just a hop, skip and a jump away from their adult son and Donner Lake. She and her husband, Ken Pense, co-own AMPF Consulting—Alignment, Meaning, Prosperity, Freedom—Strategic consulting for arts focused non-profit organizations.
